Polazeći od analize dosadašnjih performansa Hrvatske na tržištu poslovnih skupova te od analize okruženja, Nacionalni program razvoja kongresne ponude postavlja ciljeve i viziju razvoja ovog proizvoda do 2020. godine te predviđa tri razvojna programa. Riječ o razvojnim programima u kojima se razrađuju: (1) projekti vezani uz investicije u kongresnu suprastrukturu, (2) projekti poticanja kulture kvalitete i (3) projekti jačanja destinacijske prepoznatljivosti.

Stemming from the analysis of the current parformance of the Croatian meeting industry and an overview of current market trends, the National Program for Development of Croatian Meeting Industry sets the goals and vision of this product up to 2020. and it, further, proposes three development programs. The programs encompass: (1) projects leading to investment in congress and meeting infrastructure, (2) projects aimed at improvement of service quality and (3) projects dealing with destination reputation and visibility.
